We are a small, family-run online shop, and every order is carefully packed from our cosy little office 🌈✨

Processing Time:

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 working days

  • During busy periods (like new collection launches, when we attend events with our stall or Christmas), dispatch may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated on our socials 🌟

UK Shipping:

  • We ship within the UK using Royal Mail tracked 48hr, which usually arrives 2–5 working days from dispatch

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Orders under £34.99: £3.99 flat rate

    • Orders over £35: Free UK shipping 💌

  • Tracking: Royal Mail tracked 48 does include tracking ✨

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to Europe but not World wide yet 🌎 But hopefully we will in the future. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels:

  • Royal Mail may be slower during peak seasons or bad weather 🌈

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement 🎀
